Questions parents ask

Is it really free?

Making the book and saving the PDF is free. Printing is optional and paid, and we confirm the price and delivery date by email before you pay.

What happens to my photos?

Photo books are laid out on your device and the photos never leave it. For illustrated books, up to three photos are used once to draw the character and then deleted. See privacy.

Can the captions be in Hindi or a regional language?

Captions come in English, Hindi (in Devanagari) or Hinglish. Chapter names follow your community's ritual words, so a Marathi wedding can have a halad chapter and a Bengali one a gaye holud chapter. Rituals vary by family, region and community, so you can ask for any chapter to be renamed. Captions in Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati and Punjabi are planned.

Can we order extra copies for the grandparents?

Yes. Add family copies when you confirm the print order. Each copy is printed from the same book, and extra copies cost less than the first: see prices below. Choose Hindi captions if the grandparents prefer them.

What if we don't like the book?

You see the whole book before you pay for print. Ask for a different photo, a new caption or another look until it feels right. Nothing prints until you confirm, and if a printed book arrives with a defect, we reprint it free.
