About this book

Printed copies are paid, and you can order one for everyone on the team.

Page by page
  1. Cover

A team photo you pick, with the team name and year. You choose from three cover options, such as Team Phoenix Yearbook 2026.

  2. The team at a glance

A short opening page on what the team is known for, written from your one line, and a grid of everyone on the roster with their role. We use only what you tell us and leave out anything we do not know.

  3. A page for every teammate

  4. Most likely to

  5. Month by month

The three to six big moments you add, from the launch to the offsite to the Diwali potluck, placed by month with photos sorted by the date they were taken.

  6. The team in three words

A word cloud page built from everyone's three-word answers. The words people use most for the team end up the biggest.

  7. Team photo spread

  8. Next year

A closing page of wishes for the year ahead, with a short note from the organiser or team lead in their own words.

The questions we ask
  1. What is the team called, and which year is this book for? (e.g. Team Phoenix, 2026)
  2. Add the roster: each teammate's name and role in one line. Photos are optional
  3. What were the 3 to 6 big moments of the year? One line each, with the month if you know it
  4. In one line, what is the team known for? Add an inside joke everyone will get, if you like
  5. Pick a tone and language (tap: heartfelt, fun or formal; English, Hindi or both)
  6. Teammate: describe your colleagues in three words each (tap a name, skip anyone you do not know well)
Best for and styles
  • Managers and team leads who want a year-end gift that is about the people, not a voucher
  • A December party or year-end town hall where the book is revealed on the screen
  • Teams split across cities or working remotely, who cannot sign one card together
  • Small teams of eight and large departments of a hundred or more
  • A copy for every teammate to keep on their desk or take home
  • Minimal startup: bold sans-serif type, big pull-quotes and colour blocks
  • Classic corporate: clean serif type in navy and cream, for a more formal office
  • Warm scrapbook: polaroid frames, tape and handwritten-style notes
  • Office comic: a hand-drawn doodle cover made from the team photo you choose

Questions parents ask

Is it really free?

Making the book and saving the PDF is free. Printing is optional and paid, and we confirm the price and delivery date by email before you pay.

What happens to my photos?

Photo books are laid out on your device and the photos never leave it. For illustrated books, up to three photos are used once to draw the character and then deleted. See privacy.

How big a team can be in one yearbook?

The layout grows with the roster, from a small team of about eight to a department of a hundred or more. Page count and how many messages sit on a page adjust on their own. Bigger teams are moved to the larger hardcover, and you see this in the preview before you confirm.
