Printed copies are paid, for the colleague who is leaving and for the team's shelf.
Your colleague's name over their best photo from work, with a title you choose from three options, such as Alvida, Kavya! Four Years on the Support Floor. Tap to swap the photo or the title.
A short opening page built from your one line about what they are known for at work, their role and their team. Nothing is invented. If a detail is missing, the page leaves it out.
A photo collage of the desk, the chai breaks, the team lunches and the late nights before a release, with the best short lines from the messages placed beside them.
A small glossary of the nicknames and jokes the whole team gets, built from your answer and the team's. You see every entry in the preview and can remove any of them.
Everyone describes your colleague in three words, and the book turns all the answers into one word-cloud page. The words that came up most are the biggest.
Wishes for what comes next. If your colleague is happy for it to be mentioned, add their next company or city and the last page sends them off there.
Making the book and saving the PDF is free. Printing is optional and paid, and we confirm the price and delivery date by email before you pay.
Photo books are laid out on your device and the photos never leave it. For illustrated books, up to three photos are used once to draw the character and then deleted. See privacy.
The digital book goes live at the reveal time you set, by default 10 am on the last working day. For print, we check your pincode against that date before you pay. If a printed copy cannot arrive in time, the digital book is the reveal on the day and the printed copy goes to your colleague afterwards.
You see every message before the reveal and can hide or restore any of them. AI also flags profanity, jokes that could hurt and photos that show screens or ID badges, so you can check them first. A printed book cannot be taken back, so nothing prints until you confirm.
Not on a book a team makes on its own. Books carry no company logos by default, and the example books use made-up companies and teams. Keep the book about your colleague and the people they worked with.
