load_emulo_profile
Return the user's mined Emulo profile for one domain: rules mined from their own coding sessions, each with dated quotes. Read it before working on their task. domain 'work' covers execution, debugging, planning, and shipping; 'design' covers UI/UX and visual taste; 'write' covers their writing voice; 'video' covers pacing, captions, voiceover, and shot and render choices. Returns the mined profile text, or a recovery instruction if no profile is active yet.
